The staff were friendly and reminded us to hand in our key before leaving. The room had a unique layout with the basin placed near the bed. The provision of mugs, spoons, and coffee sachets was appreciated. our stay was satisfactory for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front office staff were friendly and provided me with all the information I needed. Their hospitality made me feel welcomed. The hotel was in a convenient location, with easy access to transportation. the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the rooms and bathroom, was great. The windows and roof lights in my room allowed for fresh air and a cool atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly and always ready to assist us. The housekeeping team ensured that our room was well-maintained and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities in our room. The dining table and garden furniture added a nice touch to our stay, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of exploring.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was very near to Thornton Heath train station. This made it easy for me to explore the city and commute to my business meetings. the hotel had a garden where I could relax in the morning before starting a busy day.
The breakfast options were quite limited, with only bread and children's cereal available. It would have been nice to have more variety and options to choose from.
